Explore Whistler
Whistler is a incredible destination and September is one of the most gorgeous times to visit. Here are a few ideas to get you excited. Warning - you might need more than 3 days here.....
Hiking
September is the best month for hiking. The bugs are gone, the air is crisp and the fall colours are starting to turn up in the alpine. There are hikes for all abilities and jaw dropping views everywhere.
Lake Time
Whistler has many lakes and just as many ways to enjoy them. Swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing and sailing are just a few options.
Scandinave Spa
Enjoy aThermal Journey like nothing you've experienced before! Massages and other spa services are also available.
Biking
There is everyting from the paved Valley Trail for those that want a leasurely ride to the Whistler Bike Park if you're looking for an adrenaline rush.
Audain Art Gallery
The Audain Art Museum is a transformative experience for appreciating the art of British Columbia. Unique and evolving exhibitions from Canada and around the world distinguish what we do.
Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre
Unique to Canada, this is a First Nations Museum, Art Gallery and Gift Shop. The extraordinary building was designed to evoke a Squamish Longhouse while Cultural Ambassadors share traditional drum songs and share stories from two distinct Nations the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and the Lil̓wat7úl. Admire distinctive carved house posts, canoes, spindle whorls, weaving, regalia, and bold artwork throughout the museum and galleries.
Whistler Village
Whistler Village is a picturesque, pedestrian-only alpine hub. With charming chalet-style architecture, stone walkways, and lush landscaping, the Village offers a vibrant and walkable setting year-round. Divided into Village Centre, Village North, and Upper Village—connected by the scenic Village Stroll—it features over 200 shops, cafés, and galleries, along with a wide variety of dining options from casual eateries to world-class restaurants. There is also a Farmer's Market on Sundays from 11am-4pm.
Your Journey Begins Here
